Regarding Your Reservation…

Can I pay for my stay with VACAF vouchers, bank checks, ANCV holiday vouchers (paper), or Chèque Connect?
Yes. You must go through the Reservation Assistance Service, reachable by email at reservations.indiv@ternelia.com or by phone at +33 4 50 68 65 27 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings only). If you choose a “Non-refundable, Non-cancellable” (NANR) rate, you have a 7-calendar-day window between booking and payment to confirm your reservation.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, your four-legged friends are welcome with an extra charge of €8 per night per animal.

Will there be entertainment during my stay?
Occasional entertainment is offered during Christmas and February holidays. Outside the winter holidays, we do not provide entertainment. However, a rich program of activities and events is organized each season by the Carroz d’Arâches Tourist Office. More information at: lescarroz.com

Are there kids’ clubs during my stay? If yes, when and for what age groups?
Our kids’ club welcomes children aged 3* to 12 during the Christmas and February holidays. A teen club for ages 13 to 17 is also available upon request and depending on numbers.
*Children must be potty-trained.

Is daily housekeeping provided?
Housekeeping is done only at the end of your stay. For stays longer than 5 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is also provided without changing bed linens.

Are the rooms air-conditioned?
No. The village of Les Carroz d’Arâches is at 1,100 meters altitude. Although there are many warm, sunny days, air conditioning is rarely necessary at this elevation.

Are the rooms equipped with refrigerators?
Only the “Cottages” have refrigerators in their kitchen area. Other rooms do not. If you need to store medication or perishable souvenirs, the hotel can store them in a dedicated fridge managed by reception and/or the restaurant.

Will the pool be open during my stay?
The hotel’s outdoor pool is open from mid-June to mid-September, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., closing during thunderstorms.

Is access to the sauna free?
Sauna access is charged at €5 per 30-minute session (maximum 4 people).

Is there an elevator?
Yes, but it only provides access to one floor—the one with accessible rooms for guests with reduced mobility (PMR). Most rooms are accessible only by stairs.

Regarding Your Arrival…

From what time can we check in?
Check-in is possible from 5 p.m. The reception is open until 7 p.m., except from September to November and May to June when opening hours depend on arrivals.

What if we arrive after the reception closes?
If you arrive after 7 p.m., online check-in is mandatory. You will find an envelope with your name on the reception desk containing your accommodation key and instructions. If the bar is open when you arrive, you can collect your key and instructions there.

How do we get to the hotel from the SNCF train station?
In season, shuttles run from Cluses train station to the Carroz d’Arâches Tourist Office, from where the hotel is a 5-minute walk. More information at: lescarroz.com

Where are the nearest parking lots? Are they free?
Les Flocons Verts has a covered, secure paid parking (€10 per night / €60 for a 6-night week). Spaces are limited, so especially in winter, we recommend booking your spot in advance via reception: accueil.floconsverts@ternelia.com
Free public parking spaces are available next to the hotel entrance and below the hotel.

Is there secure parking for motorcycles?
Yes, the same covered parking used for cars is available.

Is there secure storage for bicycles?
Yes, there are two locked bike storage rooms on-site, each with a capacity of 10 bikes. They are located in the garage; access is available on request at reception.

Can we charge our electric vehicle?

  • Cars: Yes, there are 3 electric vehicle charging stations at the same level as reception.

  • Bikes: You are invited to charge removable batteries from your accommodation.

What is my room like? What are its amenities and location in the hotel (floor, view)?
When booking, you selected a room type described at the time of purchase and also available on the hotel website under “Rooms.” The floor and view are never guaranteed, but you can indicate preferences when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Only accessible rooms for guests with reduced mobility have guaranteed features.

Are bed linen and towels provided?
Bed linens are provided, and your beds will be made upon arrival. Towels (small and large) are provided, except for groups of young people under 18 (primary and secondary school groups on school trips or camps).

What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. If not included in your package, breakfast can be reserved on-site for €13 per adult.

What time are lunch and dinner served?
Lunch is served from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., and dinner from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. If not included, meals can be added on-site for €25 per adult (excluding drinks), subject to availability. For details, contact reception: accueil.floconsverts@ternelia.com

Regarding Your Departure…

What time must we vacate our accommodation?
You must check out by 10 a.m. If you leave before reception opens, you can check out online and leave your key in the room.

Is late check-out possible?
Late check-out until 1 p.m. is available for €25 per room. Please book with reception no later than the day before departure.
