About Your Reservation

Are pets allowed?
No, pets (even small ones) are not allowed in our hotel.

Will there be entertainment during my stay?

  • Winter: Guided snowshoe outings during school holidays (4 half-days, adults only, limited to 12 participants per outing). Free, excluding snowshoe rental (€8 half-day, €12 full day). Evening entertainment at least 4 times per week: live music, karaoke, dancing, games.

  • Summer: Guided half-day or full-day hikes during school holidays (adults only, max. 12 participants). Free. Evening entertainment at least 3 times per week: live music, karaoke, dancing, games.

Are there kids’ clubs?
No, the hotel does not provide kids’ clubs.

Is daily housekeeping provided?
Cleaning is done at the end of your stay only. For stays longer than 6 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is provided with a change of towels, but bed linens are not changed.

Are the rooms air-conditioned?
No, our rooms do not have air conditioning.

Are the rooms equipped with a fridge?
No. If you need to store medication, the hotel can keep it in a dedicated fridge at reception and/or in the restaurant.

Is the pool open during my stay?
The outdoor pool is open from June 15 to September 15, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

What are the conditions for free cancellation?
To cancel without fees, you must have booked the Flex rate and cancel more than 48 hours before your stay. Otherwise, fees apply (see terms and conditions).

About Your Arrival

From what time can we check in?
Check-in is available from 5 p.m. The reception is open until 7 p.m.

What if we arrive after the reception closes?
If you arrive after 7 p.m., an envelope with your welcome booklet and room key will be left at reception for autonomous check-in.

How do we get to the hotel from the train station?
The nearest station is Moûtiers. A shuttle bus service connects to Pralognan during the season (www.altibus.com). Taxis are also available (JALI TAXI 06 98 01 50 22 / ALP PRALO TAXI 06 79 06 19 79).

What parking is nearby? Is it free?
There are limited public parking spaces around the hotel. The hotel garage is available for a fee: €8/night or €40/week. Reservation recommended in winter: accueil.telemark@ternelia.com

Is there secure parking for motorcycles?
Yes, in the garage for €8/night or €40/week. Reservation required : accueil.telemark@ternelia.com

Is there a secure space for bicycles?
Yes, free access.

Can we charge electric vehicles?

  • Car: No, no public charging station in the village. Plan ahead!

  • Bike: Yes, in the bike storage or in your room (removable battery only).

What is my room like? What equipment does it have, and where is it located?
Room types were chosen at booking, and descriptions are available on the hotel website under “Rooms.” Floor and view are not guaranteed, but preferences can be requested. Only accessible rooms for persons with reduced mobility (PMR) are guaranteed.

Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, beds are made on arrival, and towels are provided (small and large).

What time is breakfast served?
From 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. If not included in your package, breakfast can be added on site* for €13/person.

What time are lunch and dinner served?
Lunch: 12 p.m.–1 p.m. | Dinner: 7 p.m.–8 p.m.

About Your Departure

What is the latest check-out time?
Rooms must be vacated by 10 a.m. If leaving before reception opens, drop the key in the designated box at reception.
