T1 and T2 Apartments

The T1 apartment measures approximately 45 m². It comprises one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together to form a King-size bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a kitchenette and dining area equipped with a sofa and a TV.

Kitchenette facilities: hob, fridge, combination microwave oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

If located on the ground floor, the apartment features a small terrace with direct access to the landscaped garden. If located on an upper floor, it has a balcony or terrace overlooking the garden.

The T2 apartment offers the same facilities as the T1 apartment, with the addition of a separate double bedroom. This bedroom has its own entrance but is also accessible from inside the apartment. It features two single beds that can be joined together to form a King-size bed, a bathroom with toilet, and its own TV.

All apartments were renovated in 2026.
