After about an hour, you will enter the Bois de la Rossa, a beautiful, bright forest in a wild and preserved area. On the return, you’ll descend via Beauregard and Le Creux de l’Ours. Elevation gain: 300m.

Chambéranger and Notre Dame de la Salette: Begin your walk in the neighboring commune of Le Planay at 1150m. Pass through the Granges du Crêt to reach the Notre Dame de la Salette pass at 1334m. Descend to the typical hamlet of Chambéranger, then to Le Planay. Enjoy panoramic views of the entire Pralognan glacial cirque, Pointe de Villeneuve, and Dent du Villard. Elevation gain: 300m.

Lac des Vaches at the Foot of the Grande Casse: Hike in a grandiose setting at the foot of the Aiguille de la Vanoise and the Grande Casse. Observe some ibex near Mont de la Glière and chamois near the Moriond. Enjoy exceptional panoramas. Descend on snowshoes from the Fontanettes or take the chairlift back to the village.
