About your reservation…

 

When are you open ?

We are generally open from December to April and from June to September. For specific opening dates, please check our availability at the following link: See availability

Can I pay for my stay with VACAF vouchers, bank checks, ANCV vacation vouchers (paper), or Chèque Connect ?

Yes. To do so, you will need to contact our booking assistance service, which can be reached by email at reservations.indiv@ternelia.com or by phone at +33 (0)4 50 68 65 27 (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, mornings only). If you choose a “non-cancellable, non-refundable” (NANR) rate, you will have seven calendar days between making your reservation and receiving your payment to confirm your booking.

Are pets allowed ?

Yes, for an additional fee of €8 per night per dog.

Will there be entertainment during my stay?

Our establishment no longer offers entertainment. However, a rich program of activities and entertainment is offered each season by the St Etienne de Tinée Tourist Office. More information at http://www.auron.com/

Will there be kids’ clubs during my stay? If so, when and for what age group?

Le Rabuons does not offer a kids’ club.

Is housekeeping provided daily?

Your accommodation is cleaned at the end of your stay only. If your stay is longer than 6 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will also be provided, although the sheets will not be changed.

Are the rooms equipped with air conditioning?

No. St. Etienne de Tinée is located at an altitude of 1,140m. Although the resort enjoys many warm and sunny days, air conditioning is rarely necessary at this altitude.

Are the rooms equipped with a refrigerator?

No. If you need to store medication or perishable souvenirs, these can be stored by the hotel in a dedicated refrigerator managed by reception.

Do you have double beds, and what are their dimensions?

The rooms are equipped with single beds (90 x 190cm). However, these can be joined together. If you would like your beds to be made up as a double bed, you can request this from the hotel reception (accueil.rabuons@ternelia.com)

 

Regarding your arrival…

 

What time can we arrive ?

Access to your accommodation is possible from 5:00 PM. Reception is open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Do you have luggage storage available?

Yes, the luggage storage is located to the right or left of reception, just after the front door. It is open 24/7.

What happens if we arrive after reception closes?

If you arrive after 7:00 PM, we will place an envelope with your name on it in a safe outside our hotel, and we will send you the late check-in procedure by text message on the day of your arrival.

How do I get to the hotel from the nearest train station?

From Nice Ville train station, take tram 3 towards St Isidore, get off at the “Arboras Université” stop, then take bus 91 towards Auron. Get off at the “St Etienne de Tinée” stop. The journey time is approximately 2 hours.

What are the nearest parking lots? Are they free?

The hotel has its own free parking lot, the entrance to which is located on Avenue Générale de Gaulle, just before the playground.

Is there secure parking for motorcycles?

This is the same parking lot as the car park on Avenue Général de Gaulle. This parking lot is uncovered and not gated.

Is there secure storage for bicycles?

Yes, we have a bicycle storage room on site with a maximum capacity of 20 bicycles when the space is full. It is located behind reception.

Can we charge our electric vehicle?

  • Car: Yes, in front of our hotel
  • Bicycle: Yes, in the bike storage room provided.

What is our room like? What are its amenities and where is it located in the hotel (floor, view)?

By booking at our hotel, you have chosen a room type, the description of which was provided to you upon purchase. This description is also available on the hotel website in the “Room” section. The floor of your room and the view it overlooks are never guaranteed. However, you can express your preferences when booking; we will do our best to accommodate you. Only rooms for persons with reduced mobility can give rise to any commitments on our part.

Are bed linen and towels provided?

Sheets are provided, and your beds will be made upon your arrival. Towels are provided (small and large towels), unless you are a group of young people under 18 (primary and secondary school classes on school trips and summer camps).

Do you have an elevator?

Yes, it is available on four floors of the main building. Please note that some rooms are only accessible by stairs.

What time is breakfast?

Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. If it is not included in your package, breakfast can be reserved on site*; the price is €13 per person.

What time are lunches and dinners served?

Lunches are served from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m., and dinners from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. If they are not included in your package, dinners and lunches can be added on site at a cost of €25 (excluding drinks), except during certain periods. Regarding your departure…

 

What is the latest time we must vacate our accommodation?

Your accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. If you need to leave before reception opens, you must check out online and place the key in the basket on the reception counter.
