GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – CAMPING

THE TERMS OF SALE ARE SUBJECT TO ARTICLES R-211.3 TO R-211.11 OF THE FRENCH TOURISM CODE RELATING TO THE ORGANIZATION AND SALE OF TRIPS OR STAYS, AMENDED BY DECREE NO. 2009-1650 OF 23 DECEMBER 2009, EFFECTIVE FROM 1 NOVEMBER 2011, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLES L211-8 AND L211-18 OF THE TOURISM CODE.

MEMBERSHIP
To stay at our campsite, you must be or become a member of the Ternélia Les Grands Massifs association and pay a membership fee. Membership fees are non-refundable.

  • Short stay rental: €10

  • Pitch: €2

  • Groups: €60

RATES
Rates are published subject to printing errors or omissions.
Rates are calculated:

  • Per pitch and per person for “camping” services

  • Per accommodation for chalet and mobile home rentals

Chalet and mobile home rental prices depend on the type of accommodation. Maximum capacity is indicated, and the number of occupants cannot exceed the number stated or the number of people listed in the booking contract.

The campsite reserves the right to pass on any price changes resulting from economic or fiscal decisions (VAT, etc.).

RATES DO NOT INCLUDE

  • Final cleaning for rental accommodations

  • Local tourist tax, charged in addition to the stay fees

  • Optional insurance, whose general conditions are attached to your booking contract, must be purchased at the time of booking

  • Membership in the association

The association cannot be held responsible for any changes made after booking.

PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

  • Arrivals and departures:
    • Pitches are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
    • Rentals are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

  • In accordance with Decree 2006–1386 of 15/11/2006, common areas of the campsite are non-smoking.

  • Pets are allowed for an additional fee.

HOLIDAY VOUCHERS
Our associations are approved by ANC V (Chèques Vacances). Note: vouchers must be made out to the association hosting you (including the provider’s name and address). Those intended to pay for your stay must be sent by registered mail and cannot be submitted at the campsite reception during your stay.
These vouchers are deducted from the balance of the stay and cannot be used to pay the deposit.

DEPOSIT
For chalet or mobile home rentals, a deposit is required upon arrival. It will be returned at the end of your stay, minus the cost of any damaged or lost equipment, or a flat-rate cleaning fee if the accommodation is not left clean or in good condition. If no inspection is carried out at departure, the deposit will be returned later, subject to any deductions, which cannot be contested.

CANCELLATION
The withdrawal right for distance purchases does NOT apply to accommodation and catering services. Cancellation must be made in writing. The amount retained depends on the cancellation date (postmark as proof). Without purchasing the campsite’s cancellation guarantee, cancellation conditions apply as detailed in the summary table. No refunds are given for late arrivals or early departures.

CANCELLATION TERMS

If cancelled more than 30 days before the start of the stay, 50% of the total is retained.
If cancelled 0–30 days before the start of the stay, the full amount is retained.

Cancellation guarantee: > 3.5% of the total stay

MEDIATION
After contacting the campsite booking service and failing to receive a satisfactory response within 60 days, you may contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator. Contact details and procedures are available on: www.mtv.travel.
