About Reservations

What are your rates?
Our rates can be found on the campsite’s website at the following link: Rates and Availability.

Can I make a reservation by phone?
Reservations are only made online except in special cases:

  • Group pitch (from 20 people)

  • Long stays, monthly, or for the entire season

  • VACAF bookings

For these cases, you can send your request by email to accueil.ileducheran@ternelia.com.

How can I pay for my reservation with ANCV vouchers?
Please send your request by email (accueil.ileducheran@ternelia.com). Processing time is 2–4 days.

Can I choose my pitch or rental number?
You can indicate your preference in the comments box when making your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Can I add an extra person to my pitch?
Please send your request by email so that we can modify your reservation.

The weather forecast predicts rain during my stay. Can I cancel and get a refund?
Weather conditions do not justify a refund, even if you have purchased the cancellation guarantee.

About Your Arrival and Stay

How can I access my pitch, rental, or room after the reception closes?
An envelope in your name containing all the necessary information will be available at the reception of l’Eau Vive, located to the left of the campsite.

I’m arriving today and have a special request.
Please send us an email with “Urgent” in the subject line and body so that your request can be processed quickly.

Is access to the Leisure Center gates free?
All guests with a reservation at the campsite or l’Eau Vive have free access to the gates.

Are bed linen and towels provided in the chalets and mobile homes?
Bed linen and towels are optional and can be added when making your reservation.

About the Leisure Center

Can I book Leisure Center activities in advance?
Activities must be booked directly with each provider:

  • Hydrogène Sports: +33 4 50 77 80 76 – Water sports (wakeboard, inflatable structure, pedal boats, paddle) depending on weather.

  • Rémy Cachin Water Activities: +33 7 83 52 47 22 – Electric mountain bike rentals.

  • Sport Bike Tech: +33 6 86 02 28 35 – Yoga classes (15 people per session) and Swedish massage on site.

  • Margaux: +33 6 31 93 87 38

  • Jenny Gontier: +33 6 83 76 14 38 – Planetarium workshop, meteorites, treasure hunts, etc.

  • Centre Équestre des Bauges: +33 4 79 63 33 45 – Horseback rides.

    • Comfort ride: From l’Eau Vive to the Pissieu waterfall, approximately 1 hour walking one way.

  • Hiking guide: Mr. Dominique Pettelot: +33 6 15 88 76 84

  • Capucine Farm visit: Closed on Thursdays. Located before the Pissieu waterfall. Includes a snack break with animals in a picnic/garden style.

Are pets allowed in the swimming lake?
No, dogs are not allowed.

Can we swim in the lake next to the campsite?
No, that lake is reserved for fishing and water sports. The swimming lake is a 5-minute walk from the campsite.
