Les Hauts du Lac Hotel's restaurant

The restaurant at Les Hauts du Lac is located on the first floor of the main building. With a capacity of around 130 guests, this bright restaurant features a large terrace and wide bay windows offering a beautiful view of the Jura mountain landscapes.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in this space.

For stays with meals included, three options are available:
• Full board (dinner, breakfast, and lunch): For those who want a truly relaxing holiday with no need to worry about meals. Picnic lunches can also be provided instead of lunch, upon request at reception the day before.
• Half board (dinner and breakfast): An ideal option if you plan day trips, activities, or outings and prefer the freedom to arrange your own lunch.
• Bed and breakfast: For travelers passing through who would like to enjoy a hearty breakfast before continuing their journey.

Breakfast

A continental-style breakfast is served as a buffet at Les Hauts du Lac. It includes:
… traditional hot drinks: coffee, tea, hot milk, hot chocolate
… pastries and a selection of breads
… a wide range of jams, honey, and chocolate spread
… fresh fruit
… fruit juices
… butter and dairy products
… cereals
… eggs, cold cuts, and cheese

Lunch and Dinner

Most of the time, lunch and dinner are served as buffets, from starters to desserts.

Whether served as a buffet or plated, you will always have a choice of at least two main courses. All dishes are prepared on site by the Chef and their team, who prioritize local products and short supply chains whenever possible.

Franche-Comté is a region known for its rich gastronomy, and on certain days our kitchen team will introduce you to local specialties such as Morteau sausage, Edel de Cléron cheese, and morbiflette. Barbecues are also offered on some summer evenings on the panoramic terrace.

You can enjoy this terrace during the warmer months, dining outdoors from breakfast through to dinner.

The Bar

The bar at Les Hauts du Lac is open daily during mealtimes and in the evening.
You will find both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, served hot or cold.
On rainy days (because there are some!) or when the weather is a bit cool, you can enjoy your drinks by the fireplace next to the bar.
