About your booking…

Can I pay for my stay using VACAF vouchers, bank cheques, ANCV holiday vouchers (paper), or Chèque Connect?

Yes. To do so, you must contact the Booking Assistance service, reachable by email at aide.reservation@ternelia.com or by phone at +33 4 50 68 65 27 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, mornings only). If you choose a “Non-cancellable, non-refundable” (NANR) rate, you will have 7 calendar days between your booking and the receipt of your payment to confirm your reservation.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, for an additional fee of €8 per night.

Will there be activities during my stay?

Family entertainment is offered during the summer holidays (July and August). Outside this period, evening activities are organized for adult groups every other night.

Will there be kids’ clubs during my stay? If so, when and for what age groups?

The Les Hauts du Lac & Spa hotel does not offer kids’ clubs.

Is housekeeping done daily?

Your accommodation will be cleaned at the end of your stay only. If your stay exceeds 4 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will also be provided (without changing bed linens). Daily room cleaning is available at an additional cost.

Are the rooms equipped with air conditioning?

Our hotels do not have air conditioning in the rooms.

Are the rooms equipped with a fridge?

Rooms are not equipped with a fridge. If you need to store medication or perishable items, they can be kept in a dedicated refrigerator managed by reception.

Will the swimming pool be open during my stay?

The hotel’s indoor swimming pool is open throughout the season.

Is access to the pool and sauna free?

Yes, access to both facilities is free for hotel guests.

About your arrival…

Are you far from the town center?

Not really, but it does require a bit of walking, with an uphill return and downhill on the way there. Les Hauts du Lac is located about 2.5 km from the center of Villers-le-Lac.

From what time can we arrive?

Your accommodation will be available from 5:00 PM. Reception is open until 7:00 PM.

How do we get to the hotel from the SNCF train station?

The nearest station is Morteau, 11 km away. There is no quick public transport connection from the station, so taking a taxi is the best option.

What are the nearest parking options? Are they free?

Two free parking areas are available at the entrance of the hotel.

Is there secure parking for motorcycles?

There is no enclosed garage at Chadenas. Motorcycles can be parked in the hotel parking areas.

Is there a secure storage area for bicycles?

A locked room can be provided free of charge for cycling groups upon request.

Can we charge our electric vehicle?

  • Car: Not yet. However, several charging stations are available in Villers-le-Lac.
  • Bike: Electric bike batteries can be charged in your accommodation.

What is our room like? What facilities does it include and where is it located in the hotel (floor, view)?

When booking, you selected a room type whose description was provided at the time of purchase. This description is also available on the hotel’s website under the “Rooms” section. The floor and view of your room are not guaranteed. However, you may indicate your preferences when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate them. Only accessible (PRM) rooms can be guaranteed.

Are bed linen and towels provided?

Bed linen is provided and beds will be made upon your arrival. Towels (small and large) are also provided, except for groups of minors under 18 (school trips and camps).

What time is breakfast?

Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

What time are lunch and dinner served?

Lunch is served from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM, and dinner from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM.

Your accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
