About your booking…
Can I pay for my stay with VACAF vouchers, bank cheques, ANCV holiday vouchers (paper), or Chèque Connect?
Yes. To do so, you must go through the Reservation Assistance service, available by email at reservations.indiv@ternelia.com or by phone at +33 (0)4 50 68 65 27 (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, mornings only).
If you choose a “Non-cancellable, non-refundable” (NANR) rate, you will have 7 calendar days between your booking and the receipt of your payment to confirm your reservation.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, with an extra charge of €8 per night.
Will there be activities during my stay?
Yes. Activities are offered three times a week during the summer holidays. In summer, we organize activities such as cultural walks in Clisson, sports classes, kayak trips (extra charge), tournaments, and lively evenings (quiz nights, board game nights). A welcome drink is offered on Mondays.
Will there be kids’ clubs during my stay?
No, there are no kids’ clubs at Henri IV.
Is cleaning done every day?
No. Cleaning is not done during your stay or at the end. Before leaving, we ask you to remove the sheets and take them to the laundry, empty the bins, wash the dishes, and return the keys to reception.
Are the apartments equipped with air conditioning?
No, but you can request fans at reception.
Can I eat at the Henri IV Tourist Residence?
The residence no longer offers catering, except for special events. However, we have a partnership with the restaurant Le Tivoli, located 200m from the residence. You can also cook in the apartments.
What are the kitchens equipped with?
2 electric hobs, a fridge, a microwave oven, a toaster, a filter coffee machine, and a kettle. We also provide a tea towel, sponge, and dishwashing liquid.
Is it possible to have a barbecue?
Yes, you can book one on site. There are two charcoal/wood barbecues and two electric planchas, both mobile.
Will the swimming pool be open during my stay?
Yes, the pool is open from June 15 to August 31, from 10 am to 8 pm. Free access.
Will the bar be open during my stay?
Yes, the bar is open daily in July and August, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and 4 pm to 9:30 pm.
Will the gym be open during my stay?
Yes, the gym is open daily in July and August, from 10 am to 8 pm. Free access.
About your arrival…
What time can we check in?
You may access your accommodation from 5 pm. Reception is open until 7:30 pm.
What happens if we arrive after reception has closed?
If you arrive after 7:30 pm, our reception staff will contact you to explain the procedure. A named envelope containing the map and key will be placed in the box outside reception.
How do we get to the hotel from the SNCF train station?
The train station is a 10-minute walk from the residence. Head towards the restaurant Le Tivoli, go down the slope, then up another slope leading directly to the residence.
What are the nearest car parks? Are they free?
The residence has two free car parks. The first is in front of the residence, and the second inside the site. The second car park is accessible through a barrier that closes at 10 pm. The access code will be provided at reception.
Is there secure parking for motorbikes?
Yes, this is the second car park mentioned above.
Is there a secure storage room for bicycles?
Yes, the residence has a locked room for bicycle storage.
Can we charge our electric vehicle?
- Car: No, but two charging stations are planned for installation in 2026.
- Bicycle: Yes, you can charge your bike in the secure storage room.
What is our apartment like? What equipment does it have and where is it located within the residence (building, view)?
When booking, you chose an apartment type, the description of which was provided at the time of purchase. This description is also available on the residence website under the “Apartment” section. The exact location of your apartment and its view cannot be guaranteed. However, you may indicate your preferences at the time of booking, and we will do our best to accommodate them. Only PRM (reduced mobility) rooms are guaranteed by us.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes. However, beds are not made. Sheets are provided but you must make the beds yourself. Towels include one large towel per person and a bath mat.
What time is breakfast?
Breakfast is served from 7 am to 9:30 am at €7 per person. The individual breakfast includes a hot drink, a cold drink, a pastry, bread with butter and jam.
About your departure…
What time must we check out ?
Accommodation must be vacated by 10 am.
If you need to leave before reception opens: please take the linen bag to the laundry, dispose of the rubbish (with recycling), return the key to reception or leave it in the mailbox. The security deposit will be cancelled after our staff checks the accommodation during the day.
