What are your rates?

Our rates can be found on the website at the link: Rates and Availability.

Can I book by phone?

We strongly recommend making your booking by internet. If that is not possible, our Reservation Assistance service can be reached by email at reservations.indiv@ternelia.com or by phone at +33 (0)4 50 68 65 27 (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, mornings only).

Can I pay for my stay with VACAF vouchers, bank cheques, ANCV holiday vouchers (paper), or Chèque Connect?

Yes. To do so, you must go through the Reservation Assistance service, available by email at reservations.indiv@ternelia.com or by phone at +33 (0)4 50 68 65 27 (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, mornings only). If you choose a “Non-cancellable, non-refundable” (NANR) rate, you will have 7 calendar days between your booking and the receipt of your payment to confirm your reservation.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, with an extra charge of €5 per night, and only in double rooms.

Will there be activities during my stay?

Our hotel does not organize activities, but there is plenty to do nearby as it is located in the heart of the Lescheraines Leisure Park.

Will there be kids’ clubs during my stay? If yes, when and for which age group?

Our hotel does not offer kids’ clubs. However, many activities are available at the Lescheraines Leisure Park.

Is cleaning done every day?

Cleaning is done only at the end of your stay. If your stay is longer than 5 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will also be provided, but without changing the bed sheets.

Are the rooms equipped with air conditioning?

No, our hotel does not have air conditioning in the rooms.

Are the rooms equipped with a fridge?

No. However, if you need to store medicine or perishable souvenirs, they can be kept in a fridge or freezer available at the nearby campsite laundry, close to L’Eau Vive.

 

About your arrival…

 

From what time can we check in?

You may access your accommodation from 5 pm. Reception is open until 7 pm in July and August, and until 5 pm the rest of the year.

What happens if we arrive after reception has closed?

If you arrive after reception closing time, an envelope in your name containing all access information for your room will be left for you at reception.

How do we get to the hotel from the SNCF train station?

  • From Annecy train station: take bus line 1625. Stop: Place des Cantalous, Lescheraines.
  • From Chambéry train station: take bus line S06. Stop: Place des Cantalous, Lescheraines.
  • From Aix-les-Bains train station: same bus line as Chambéry.

What are the nearest car parks? Are they free?

A free car park is available in front of L’Eau Vive. To reach the site, you will need to go through a barrier at the entrance of the Leisure Park. You can pass without concern — as a guest of L’Eau Vive, you will not have to pay for parking.

Is there secure parking for motorbikes?

No, the only car park available is the one in front of the building.

Is there secure storage for bicycles?

Yes, a secure bike storage room is available upon request at reception.

Can we charge our electric vehicle?

  • Car: There are no charging stations at the hotel. Charging stations are available in the village of Lescheraines Le Pont, Place des Cantalous.
  • Bicycle: No charging stations at the hotel. Charging stations are available in the village of Lescheraines Le Pont at Sport Bike Tech.

What is our room like? What equipment does it have and where is it located in the hotel (floor, view)?

When booking, you chose a room type, the description of which was provided at the time of purchase. This description is also available on the hotel website under the “Room” section. The floor of your room and its view cannot be guaranteed. However, you may indicate your preferences at the time of booking, and we will do our best to accommodate them. Only PRM (reduced mobility) rooms are guaranteed.

Are bed linen and towels provided?

Yes, sheets are provided and beds are made upon arrival. Towels (one small and one large per person) are included, except for groups of young people under 18 years old (school trips or youth camps).

What time is breakfast?

If not included in your package, breakfast can be booked on site* at €13 per person. It is served from 8:00 am to 9:30 am.

What time are lunch and dinner served?

If not included in your package, lunch and dinner can be added on site at €25 per meal (excluding drinks), except during certain periods — please check with hotel reception: accueil.eauvive@ternelia.com

 

About your departure…

 

What time must we check out by?

Rooms must be vacated by 10 am. If you need to leave before reception opens, please drop your room key in the key box available at reception.
