About your booking…

Can I pay for my stay using a VACAF voucher, bank cheque, ANCV holiday vouchers (paper), or Chèque Connect?

Yes. To do so, you must contact the Booking Assistance service by email at aide.reservation@ternelia.com or by phone at +33 (0)4 50 68 65 27 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings only).
If you choose a “Non-cancellable, Non-refundable” (NANR) rate, you will have 7 calendar days between your booking date and receipt of your payment to confirm your reservation.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, for an additional fee of €8 per night.

Will there be entertainment during my stay?

Family entertainment is offered during the summer holidays (July and August). Outside this period, evening entertainment for adult groups is offered every other night.

Will there be kids’ clubs during my stay? If so, when and for what age group?

During the summer holidays in July and August, activities are offered for children aged 6 and over. However, these are not strictly “kids’ clubs,” as the activities are open to all ages without distinction.

Is housekeeping provided daily?

Your accommodation will be cleaned at the end of your stay only. If your stay exceeds 4 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will also be provided (without changing the bed linen). Daily room cleaning is available at an additional cost.

Are the rooms equipped with air conditioning?

Our hotels do not have air conditioning in the rooms.

Are the rooms equipped with a refrigerator?

Rooms are not equipped with a refrigerator. If you need to store medication or perishable items, the hotel can store them in a designated refrigerator managed by reception.

Will the pool be open during my stay?

The hotel’s indoor pool is open throughout the season.

Is access to the SPA free of charge?

Access to the SPA is subject to a fee. Prices are available on the SPA page of this website.

About your arrival…

Are you far from the train station? And from the town center?

Not really. However, it is a bit too far to walk comfortably. There are exactly 4 km between the train station and Chadenas. We can provide you with a list of taxi services if needed.

What time can we arrive?

Your accommodation is available from 5:00 p.m. Reception is open until 7:00 p.m.

How do we get to the hotel from the SNCF train station?

Embrun train station is located 4 km from the hotel. Free shuttle services from the station can drop you off 800 meters from the property. Alternatively, you may use taxi services.

Where are the nearest parking areas? Are they free?

Several free parking areas are available at the entrance to the site.

Is there secure parking for motorcycles?

There is no closed garage at Chadenas. Motorcycles may be parked in the hotel’s parking areas.

Is there secure storage for bicycles?

A locked room can be provided free of charge for cycling groups upon request.

Can we charge our electric vehicle?

  • Car: No, not yet. However, several electric charging stations are available in Embrun.
  • Bike: Electric bike batteries can be charged in your accommodation.

What is our room like? What amenities does it include and where is it located in the hotel (floor, view)?

When booking our hotel, you selected a room type whose description was provided at the time of purchase. This description is also available on the hotel’s website under the “Rooms” section. The floor location and view are never guaranteed. However, you may indicate your preferences when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate them. Only rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility (PMR) can be specifically guaranteed.

Are bed linen and towels provided?

Bed linen is provided and your beds will be made upon arrival. Towels (one small and one large) are provided, except for groups of guests under 18 years old (primary and secondary school trips and holiday camps).

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

What time are lunch and dinner served?

Lunch is served from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., and dinner from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
